Terms of Use

1. What Fogaea is

A fog-of-war map app: the world opens from your real movement. The core loop (world opening, street and territory %, basic stats) is free forever.

2. Account and login

An account is optional and only needed for cloud sync: login via email and a one-time code, no password. You are responsible for access to your mailbox. Account deletion is in-app or via email; sync data is deleted from the server.

3. Fair play

• Only movement that passes the anti-spoof pipeline counts.
• GPS spoofing, movement emulation and coverage gaming are forbidden — such progress may be voided.
• Manual track edits are only for fixing real errors (dead phone, GPS jump).

4. Fogaea Pro

• Pro unlocks: heatmap, offline region maps, premium fog styles, advanced stats.
• One-time payment (“Pro for a year” / “Pro forever”) via a link on this site. No auto-renewal or hidden charges.
• Activation is by code for your Fogaea account email on the Pro page. After reinstall, just log in and sync.
• Offline grace: Pro works offline for ~7 days past expiry.

5. Refunds

One-time Pro is refundable within 14 days of purchase if unused — write to support@fogaea.app with your account email and receipt code.

6. Liability

The app is for exploration and motivation to move, not for navigation in dangerous places. Look around: Fogaea is not liable for consequences of phone use on the move. Warranties are “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes

Terms may be updated; the current version is on this page. Continued use means consent.
