Fog doesn't open
Check: “always” location permission granted, tracking not paused, GPS accuracy. When accuracy is worse than ~40 m, opening is honestly blocked — step into the open.
How to move history from Google?
Download a Google Takeout export (Location History), import the GPX in the app — the map fills with past trips.
How to delete everything?
The app has a red “Delete all data” button (local + cloud account). Details are on the data deletion page.
Bought Pro but it's missing
Log in with the same email used at activation and wait for sync. Check status on the Pro page. If the code failed — write to us with the receipt code.
Does the app drain the battery?
Tracking is adaptive and costs single-digit percent per day. The main consumer is the map screen, like in any map app.
